What does it take to be a part of this group? Well, number one, you have to be willing to push yourself. There is nothing we do here that is "half-hearted." You will have to always – always! – strive for the best in what you do. Because all it takes is one moment of bad service or an overlooked detail or a single miscommunication to derail the Five Star experience for our guests.

Now if being at that level at all times sounds like a tough job, that's because it is. Being the best isn't easy, and it never will be. But here's the second important thing for you to know: if you're willing to give it all you've got and take on the challenge of providing consistent excellence, you will be rewarded for it. Because we understand that who we are today is due to the work of our employees. And we will do everything we can to provide our employees with the same Five Star treatment as our guests.
