Job Description and Responsibilities:

Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of shows in all Front Feature areas including: the Lake of Dreams.

• Nightly operation of shows and movement of show related equipment.

• Maintenance of show related equipment and systems.

• Keep a daily record of tasks performed via the work scheduling / reporting system.

• Responsible for all other duties as assigned by area and Management.

• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience operating, programming, maintaining or troubleshooting one or more of the following areas: audio, lighting, projection, show control, automation or related equipment.

• Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, with general knowledge of data networks, computer hardware, entertainment related software and communication protocols.

• Must have general stagehand knowledge, the ability to set and strike show related items and the ability to inspect/maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches.

• Must be proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and protective equipment as well as have the ability to climb.

• A valid Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
