Job Title: Development Project Manager Wynn Boston Harbor

Location: Wynn Boston Harbor

Job Description and Responsibilities:

This position is a senior level real estate development manager in the Wynn Development organization, reporting directly to the President and engaging in a wide range of significant real estate development activities. Project range would include Boston/Everett, Japan, and other locations as they arise. Requires significant skills in leadership, management, and analysis, working independently yet as a consummate team player. Represents Wynn in many forums, requiring the highest standards of professionalism, expertise, and production.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform the following tasks for assigned development projects:
* Oversee identification and feasibility analysis of various development opportunities
* Oversee selection and management of market, environmental, regulatory, and design consultants; and construction contractors
* Oversee regulatory permitting, including strategy development, study and document preparation, and agency interface
* Oversee design process, coordinating with WDD design team and/or outside consultants
* Oversee construction and turnover
* Represent company in partnerships with development partners such as land tenants developing projects on company land
* Manage and report all budget and schedule issues, with superb focus on disciplined project delivery
* Oversee development, maintenance, and dissemination of relevant industry information
* Maintain financial templates and tools for rapid evaluation of project issues based on recent and relevant information and metrics
* Maintain a current understanding of relevant market trends and events
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with municipal, state, and federal stakeholders in assigned projects
* Participate and actively contribute to various macro and micro development strategy development and implementation.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* A minimum of five years’ experience in project management and development with good working knowledge of all aspects of planning, design, and construction
* Proficient with MS Office Software and project tracking software such as Procore and Primavera P6 Scheduling.
* Ability to communicate effectively with office and field personnel and establish and maintain productive relationships.
* Able to direct the work on all levels of construction projects.
* Ability to read and interpret plan documents and a good understanding of construction practices and processes to accurately prepare project budgets and effectively plan and schedule complex projects.
* Strong verbal, writing, organizational, negotiating and management skills.
* Ability to perform tasks with commitment to excellence and a high level of motivation to learn new tasks and assume additional job responsibilities.
