Responsibilities :

The Access Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operational details for provisioning, de - provisioning, password reset, delegated administration, and simple workflow management of all directory services and applications utilized by Wynn. This role will provide input to the implementation of new integration initiatives, on-going enhancements and the implementation of any new Identity Management and provisioning system within the organization.

• Support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure including troubleshooting data issues and cleansing data as required. Priorities are driven from support tickets and access control systems. Identify areas for improvement to IAM based on repeated support tickets and recommends fixes/enhancements to IAM connectors and applications.
• Provide input on integrating the identity management authentication and authorization framework into new and existing applications.
• Work with application support teams during troubleshooting of application authentication and authorization issues.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the development documentation necessary for supporting the IAM environment.
• Maintain, and implement identity standards within the directory services and applications of the organization.
• Participate in defining the road map, architecture and process standards for the identity management platform.
• Maintain technical documentation that supports the Identity & Access Management environments.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Identity & Access Management environments.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the year to our Boston property.
• Exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
• Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
• Good understanding of single sign on and access management principles.
• Must have a strong computer background
• High degree of personal integrity and ethics as well as a passion for protecting people and systems
• Constantly striving for excellence using objective, transparent and agreed upon standards
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management skills
• 1+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
• 2+ years of Information Technology experience
• Working knowledge of content creation concepts and best practices.
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Individuals must have at least 1+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management in a large or enterprise IT environment, and at least 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Proven problem-solving, change management and technical planning skills
