Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director of Technical Operations is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, installation, organization and upkeep of all CCTV system/equipment to include but not limited to: (cameras, monitors, alarms, CCTV switches, digital encoders, servers, raids, network switches, DVRs, wiring, tech centers, satellite locations (including off property), workstations). The Assistant Director of Technical Operations is also responsible for the Technical staff performance, discipline and coaching, division training, and time management.

* Responsible for ensuring that needed technical equipment and CCTV system/equipment is in stock and/or purchased, assigning daily tasks to the Surveillance Technicians, hiring and overall supervision of the technical staff, project management, planning for system advances and progressive technology, and performing the tasks of a Surveillance Technician when needed.

Job Requirements:

* Must exhibit strong motivational and organizational skills and the ability to communicate with different levels of management including Sr. Executives and outside vendors.
* A minimum of 5 years of Casino Surveillance or Gaming experience with a minimum of 3 years in supervision is required.
* Knowledge of Massachusetts Gaming Regulations, Title 31, the protection and cheating methods involved with all table games, slot and other casino departments are required.
* High levels of confidentiality and strong computer skills are required.
* Gaming Work Card, Travel Documents and Valid Driver’s License is needed at time of hire.
* Must be knowledgeable in the use of test meters, solder irons, hand tools, man lifts, two-way radios, and power tools. Must possess trouble shooting skills to include but not limited to: (networks, cameras, servers, raids, alarms, workstations, MS Windows), ability to read and understand blueprints, able to follow instructions, communicate effectively, be able to work independently and be able to work together as a team.
* Must possess programming knowledge in analog and digital CCTV system set up.
* Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and willing to work on call depending on business demands, emergency response and holidays.
* Must also be available for possible travel based on business and company needs.
