The Coordinator II works closely with the department to run the day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

* The Coordinator II is responsible for answering phones professionally.
* Confirming appointments and expeditiously handling visitors.
* Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing, or other administrative requests.
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
*Distribute weekly and monthly financial documents and reports
*Responsible for ordering/distribution of office supplies
* Maintains the cleanliness of the office area.

Job Requirements:

* Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
* The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.
* At least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury or restaurant environment is preferred.
* Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
* Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
* Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
