The Lost and Found Lead is responsible for ensuring daily department objectives are achieved.

*Training all representatives
*Preparing user documentation and training materials
*Controlling, maintaining and tracking all property
*Resolving guest relations issues and answering inquiries in a prompt manner
*Employee development and administration
*Ensuring the department is in compliance with the “Nevada Revised Statutes”
*Maintaining service standards in accordance with our 5 Star/5 Diamond rating guidelines
*Reporting to the administrative supervisor

Job Requirements:

*Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Resort/Convention hotel
*High school graduate or equivalent
*Highly motivated, well organized and able to maintain customer service in accordance with our 5 Star and 5 Diamond rating guidelines
*Knowledge about employee development & training
*Administrative experience
*Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Scheduling, Micros, Opera, UPS and/or FedEx shipping, Asset Tracking and inventory control
