Responsibilities :

The Coordinator II is responsible for:

* Responsible for inputting recipes on department recipe card and submitting to Inventory Control to have MMS numbers created.
* Responsible for uploading daily production sheets.
* Order ingredients and supplies for the department.
* Processing of cross transfers.
* Updates employee files with information pertaining to requests for days off, vacation, floating holidays, and leave of absences. This includes updating the department vacation calendar.
* Responsible for tracking all payroll records and attendance.
* Processes and tracks all engineering requests and stewarding cleaning checklist.
* Answering phones professionally and confirming appointments.
* Expeditiously takes care of walk-ins.
* Maintains the cleanliness of office area.
* Assists managers and directors with all tasks including: typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing, while treating all confidential information appropriately.

Job Requirements:

* Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus.
* Previous work experience as receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury, environment is preferred.
* Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
* Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
* Experience with Kronos and Stratton Warren System.
* Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
