Wynn Design and Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wynn Resorts Limited and is responsible for the design and construction of the Wynn Boston Harbor Resort. We are looking for a full-time , experienced and self-managing Warehouse Manager for our warehouse which is located in Everett Ma. next to the construction site. This is a two and a half year assignment/position coinciding with the construction of the resort. However this individual will also be the first person to be considered for the Operations Warehouse Manager Position which will be created prior to the opening of the resort.

Job Responsibilities:

* Directly oversee and manage all warehouse operations.
* Hire, train and supervise all warehouse associates.
* Promote a safe work environment, upholding company safety policies and procedures.
* Provide leadership, training and motivation to all associates.
* Establish productivity and quality standards.
* Actively delegate the daily workload to ensure all required daily activities can be completed.
* Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve problem areas.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed per company requirements.
* Manage security and access to the facility.
* Monitor the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, procurement and supplies.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Requires at least 5 years experience and a minimum of two years in a management role.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Clean driving license and forklift certification.
