The Chef Tournant is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the overall operation of several fine dining outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

* Is responsible for achieving both financial and quality goals in outlets.
* Substitutes in the outlets’ executive chefs while maintaining outlet quality standards and concepts.

Job Requirements:

* Requires 2-4 years of experience in guiding multi- and high-end outlets, luxury hotel experience.
* Must be proficient in MS Office.
*Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
