As the Ticket Office Manager, your role will include:


* The Ticket Office Manager is responsible for department operations including scheduling, hiring, and training employees, addressing guest issues, employee evaluations counseling, ordering supplies, and producing a positive, productive, and professional work environment.

Job Requirements:

* Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
* Candidates must be well polished.
* Requires proficiency with MS Office.
*A college degree is preferred, but not required.
* Requires a minimum of three years experience as a manager in a high volume, exquisite production environment.
