The Cocktail Server/Model is responsible for providing superior guest service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclub. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. 

• Handling cash and credit transactions at the point of sales system

• Marketing and promoting pool specific events both on property and in public venues

• Assist in the development of promotional plans in order to increase business levels and sales 

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner

• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis 

• Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies

• Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with Clark County Health Standards

• Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.

• Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.

• Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times.

• Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.

• Willing to work in a loud and smoke filled environment.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.

• The ability to work within a team environment.

• If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; to include Day, Swing and Grave shift. 

• Experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage or nightclub setting; previous model/bottle presenter experience preferred, but not required.
