As Chef de Cuisine your role will include:

Job Responsibilities:

*The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef with duties associated with ensuring food quality according to Wynn Las Vegas standards.
*Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of cost control.
*Complete inventories and food requisitions.
*Manage and train kitchen staff, support the Chef de Parties and Cooks if necessary.
*Supervise the production of food at all stations.
*Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.

Job Requirements:

*Ability to communicate, read, and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
*Minimum of 5 years food preparation experience, preferably in a high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant, including a minimum of one-year experience in a supervisory position.
*A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
*Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
*Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
*Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
