Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal team with daily administration of internal contract and litigation processes;
  • Maintain and manage contracts, litigation matters and related issues;
  • Manage internal documents, and create and maintain corresponding files;
  • Enter contract requests into Ariba for legal review;
  • Enter new matters into CounseLink;
  • Enter new matters into EnCase and work with Litigation Paralegal to review follow-up responses;
  • File hard copies of legal documents;
  • Assist with scheduling deposition meetings and pre-deposition review meetings;
  • Assist Litigation Paralegal with gathering responsive documents for and communicating with outside counsel;
  • Prepare letters sent on behalf of Legal Department and manage related communications;
  • Tracking and following-up on contract execution status and related documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in all MS Office systems is required;
  • Intermediate + level with Adobe and Outlook;
  • Ability to multi-task with a variety of projects and heavy work load;
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and internal departments;
  • Previous legal experience and knowledge of court procedures is preferred, but not required;
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills as well as excellent attention to detail;
  • Must command excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
  • Prior knowledge of the following systems is preferred: Ariba, Encase and CounseLink;
  • Notary Public in the State of Nevada, or willingness to obtain one;
  • Minimum 2 year college degree, or equivalent work experience;
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
