The Junior Layout Specialist supports the Employee Services & Communications department by implementing, creating, and maintaining design components for a wide range of employee programs and communications collateral. Our Employee Services & Communications department develops and manages our property-wide back-of-house communications, employee events & programs, and staff services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and production of all employee communications related collateral and intranet content.  

Job Requirements:

• Must have intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a related position and/or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a Mac OS.
• Ability to install 12’+ wall displays (requires use of ladder and significant amounts of walking).
• Experience with prepress and large format printing is preferred.
• Experience with print finishing techniques (such as scoring, binding, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms is preferred.
